- Will you make a mess?
- We sheet up before we start, use dust extraction when we chase walls and clear up before we leave. Customers mention it in their reviews.
- Do you want us to move out?
- That’s entirely up to you, but a rewire is quite invasive and it is quicker and cheaper when the property is empty.
- How do you protect the carpets and flooring?
- We use carpet protection on the stairs and carpeted areas, solid floor protection and Correx in hard floor and tiled areas. We recommend a carpet fitter lifts the carpets upstairs and stores them until the rewire, plastering and decorating is finished.
- Are you registered and insured?
- Yes. We are registered with the NICEIC, members of the ECA, Which? Trusted Traders and fully insured. Notifiable work is registered under Part P and you get the certificate.
