- Can I call outside office hours?
- Yes. Call 01276 788 988. After 5pm until 8:30am the call comes straight through to our mobiles.
- What’s your call-out fee?
- This depends on the time of day, but our minimum charge is £120.00 plus vat and any materials for the first hour on site and £55.00 plus vat for each subsequent hour, whether on site or getting materials for the repair.
- Are you registered and insured?
- Yes. We are registered with the NICEIC, members of the ECA, Which? Trusted Traders and fully insured. Notifiable work is registered under Part P and you get the certificate.
